These golden brown, Middle Eastern style cheese balls were crispy on the outside and soft inside, made with labneh, a tangy, creamy strained yogurt cheese. They came with a chilli capsicum sauce, adding a slight heat and sweetness. The caper leaf provided a mild briny contrast, while the pink cabbage added crunch and colour. Served with crisp baguette slices, it was a delightful mix of textures and flavours
A visually striking beetroot infused risotto with a deep pink hue, cooked slowly in a parmesan broth for a rich, cheesy depth. On top, crispy spinach added a light crunch, while spoonfuls of homemade ricotta softened the flavours with its mild, creamy texture. Every bite was smooth, cheesy, and slightly earthy from the beetroot, making it both a visual and flavourful delight.
A beautifully cooked Mahi Mahi fillet, tender and flaky, with a rich garlic butter glaze that enhances its natural flavours. It was paired with creamy mashed potatoes and grilled carrots, adding both texture and sweetness to the plate. The real star, though, was the smoky paprika prawn bisque sauce, which had a deep, seafood rich flavour that brought everything together with a velvety finish.
A luxurious potato dish featuring thinly sliced potatoes layered with cream and garlic, baked to perfection. The top had a luscious béchamel sauce, adding extra creaminess. To make it even better, the dish was finished with sautéed mushrooms and green beans, offering an earthy balance to the rich, buttery layers beneath.
